I need to know if the Camco filter that I have is sufficient for filtering the city water for my garden. The filter that I have is an RV/Marine filter with the KDF/carbon filter.

The Camco RV and Marine Disposable Water Filter w/ Hose Protector # CAM40043 that you referenced is a KDF/Carbon style filter like what you have so this would work well for your garden. The filter uses KDF, carbon, and a 100 micron barrier to remove bacteria, bad odor, chlorine, and more.
