Curt advertises model #13398 as a hitch that fits the Outlander PHEV however, in a recent response you stated there was no suitable hitch for the PHEV? Will this model work?

The Curt Class III Round Tube Receiver Hitch # C13398 referenced in your question is indeed confirmed to fit your 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. From time to time hitch fits will be updated by the manufacturer so we do appreciate you making us aware of this discrepancy.
This is a really nice Class III hitch that will install on your vehicle using existing holes in the frame for a no-drill installation and it is made right here in the USA. It features a 3,500 pound towing weight capacity and a 350 pound tongue weight limit.
