The modern metric equivalent of a B78-13 tire is going to be a 175/80-13. However, if you want upgrade to a 14" option then I recommend a 205/75-14 like the Kenda ST205/75D14 part # AM3S455 which will be 2.1" larger in diameter and 1.2" larger in width. This option has a load range c (1,760 lb) rating with 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern. It also comes with a five-year warranty on the tire and one year on the wheel.
