Question:
Having trouble getting bolts to start into frame on passenger side. I’ve cleaned thoroughly but they still won’t grab. Any suggestions? They act like they won’t fit.

If you are using the correct bold, then the method I recommend to clean the weld nuts is with a wire brush part # 814092 and spray lube. In order for the method to work you will need to let the lube soak for around an hour and then vigorously clean with the brush. If this still does not work then you can use a 12 mm X 1.25 tap. You need to be extremely careful when doing so as you can cross-thread the weld nuts rather easily. Let me know if this does not work.
