Invis-A-Rack will it fit Dodge Ram Truck 6 1/2 ft bed with bed liner TracRac SR how do you stop someone from stealing the rack

There is a ladder rack for your 2006 Dodge Ram with a 6-1/2 foot bed that will fit with a bed liner but the Invis-A-Rack Folding Ladder Rack # DZ951600 needs to clamp onto your Ram's bed rails for installation so a bed liner would impede the ability for you to use the rack unless you cut a hole in the liner where the clamping occurs.
The rack which is going to work for your '06 Ram is the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43003XT-501 because it installs in the stake pockets of your truck. In regards to stopping someone from stealing the rack all you have to do is use the Locking TracKnobs for Thule TracRac G2 or SR Sliding Ladder Rack # TH25700. I have added a photo showing what they look like when installed.
The locking knobs will replace the quick-release knobs on your TracRac and you have a highly secure, rugged, durable ladder rack on your 2006 Dodge Ram.
