Where to Measure on Front of Trailer for Axle Placement

Question:

Ok I got a 24 foot x 6.6 wide trailer were do I measure from the front where the ball receiver is or measure from the front of the platform I measured 11.4 at 60 my platform is going to be 19 feet the tounge is 5 feet

When measuring for axle placement you will need to do so from the center of the trailer coupler (where the hitch ball goes) to the very back of the trailer.
