The Thule Xsporter Pro and TracONE Ladder Rack Adapter Kit # THXK4 that you referenced is indeed the correct hardware kit to allow installation of the Thule TracONE # TH27000XT or Xsporter Pro # TH500XT Ladder Rack on your 2019 Toyota Tacoma if it features the factory Deck Rail System.
If you happen to have the black version of either of the above mentioned ladder racks then you can use # THXK4B instead to match the color.
These will just replace the standard clamps that came included with the ladder rack and slide into the tacks of your bed rails. I have attached the written installation details that you can take a look at as well.
