Is there a conversion kit to convert my manual max fan to a powered vent lift?

Since there isn't a way to convert a MaxxFan from a manual lift lid to a powered lift lid you'd have to replace what you have with the part # MA00-04500K that you referenced. Replacing the entire roof vent would be easier than trying to replace components of it as well.
