Could Air Lift 1000 Air Bags be Inflated Directly
Published 04/12/2019 >
Question:
Want to replace my leaking airbags on my P32 workhorse with the 81560 bags. The original bags have a valve that sticks out of the bottom of the coil spring, and this is where you add the air. My question is do you have to add the air hose supplied with the kit, or can they be filled directly thru the bottom of the bag. Figure one less thing to leak.

The fittings on the bottom of the Air Lift bags like the part # AL81560 that you referenced do not have any type of valve in them so they can't be inflated directly. Basically it's a hollow fitting designed to have an air line slipped over.
