How to Keep Bike Tires from Swaying on a Thule OutWay Trunk Mount Bike Rack
Updated 01/09/2012 | Published 01/06/2012 >
Question:
How do you secure the front wheel to keep it from swaying? The rest of the bike is nice and tight but the front wheel is not tied down with anything. Do I just need to get separate straps or tie downs for that?

The Thule OutWay, # TH45JV, should have come with a blue strap with a cam buckle, like # 753-2030-03, so you can secure the bike even more, including the tires. The strap is covered in step 12 of the instructions I have linked for you.
