I checked with Thule and am happy to confirm that yes, the Thule Passage 2-Bike Rack # TH910XT will fit all models of a 2006 Acura TSX. So as long as the spoiler came with the vehicle - opposed to putting an aftermarket spoiler - the Passage will fit your TSX.

This rack has a 35 lb capacity and is so durable that it comes with a lifetime warranty. It fits many, many different vehicles with its Fit Dial adjustment system so even if you get a different car at some point the Passage is highly likely to fit, meaning it could be the last rack you ever need.

I do want to note that when using any hanging rack like the Thule Passage # TH910XT you'll need bike frame adapter bar # TH982XT if your bike is dual-suspension, has a step-through frame or you want to carry a small children's bike. The bar will give those bikes a horizontal mounting point so they can be carried by the rack.
