For your 2002 Ford F-150 SVT Lightning, the MagnaFlow Cat-Back Exhaust System - Stainless Steel - Gas # MF15714 is the correct fit. It will give you increases of up to 25 HP and up to 30 ft lbs Torque over the stock exhaust system. I've attached a graph to assist.
