Which way do hub clamps go on rear wheel of mobile home

The Wheel Rim Clamp # 15-2 that you referenced will install with the lip towards the inside of the hub on the other side of the nut that holds it in place. The angled portion of the clamp sits outside of the wheel and it will tighten up against it as you turn the nut.
We don't have any pictures available of this particular clamp installed and it's a little hard to describe it but if you search for some images online of a wheel rim clamp installed you might get a clearer picture as to how it works.
