Can Handle on Flow Max RV Kitchen Faucet be Removed

Question:
Hello - I am really hoping you can help me. I installed the Flow Max LC719323 faucet in my RV easily last spring, and I winterized, but this year after having connected to the the city water supply, I find the faucet will not turn off. Something is leaking/broken inside the actual hot/cold single lever handle. I cannot find a way to disassemble the single lever handle or remove it from the vertical faucet shaft to see where the problem is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I reached out to the manufacturer, Lippert, who told me that the handle on your Flow Max RV Kitchen Faucet # LC719323 cannot be removed and then reinstalled. They said from your description it sounds like there is "some form of leaking/defect going with the water lines within the faucet" and it is recommended that you replace your faucet with a new one to remedy the issue.
