We have hitch fits for the 2018 Nissan Versa Note but they are totally different from the hitch fits for the non-Note models. The hitch I recommend is the Curt part # C11378. The Curt # C11378 is a confirmed fit for your 2018 Nissan Versa Note. The hitches for a Versa Note are different than the hitches for a Versa.
