Would I be able to mount my three wheel adult tricycle on this carrier?

You could potentially carry a trike on the Swagman bike carrier # S80600. Out of the available options for carriers rated for use at the back of an RV or trailer, this is the only one that could potentially hold the trike.
As long as you stay under the weight capacity of this rack (120 lbs) and securely attach the trike like with tie downs part # 05605 this would work fine. Most likely the wheel slots of this rack won't line up perfectly with the rear axle of the trike.
