If you are referring to the Edge Insight CS2 Comprehensive Gauge Display part # EP84030 then yes, these can easily be transferred to any vehicle post 1996 with an active OBD II port. The reason for this is that they are just a comprehensive gauge display, they will not actually write anything to the vehicle's ECU. However, if you instead have a device that does modify the vehicle's ECU like the Edge Diesel Evolution CTS2 Performance Tuner like discontinued part # EP85401 then there is a chance it will not work with your new truck as they do not fit all vehicle like the CS2 and CTS2 devices do.
