Question:

Does this assembly include everything other than the lock? From the picture I can not tell if the pad and arm that latches to the door are present.

The Replacement Foot for Thule Rapid Traverse Foot - Qty. 1 # 7522249001 does not come with the lock or the fit kit (custom door jamb clip). Some vehicles no longer have that fit kit available for the Traverse feet, so you may need to upgrade to the newer Evo Clamp Feet for Thule Crossbars - Naked Roofs - Qty 4 # TH710501 along with the fit kit compatible with your specific vehicle. Without your vehicle information I can't give you the part number you would need or specify if an upgrade is the only option.

If you put your vehicle into our fit guide it will guide you to the roof rack compatible. Your current bars will work with the new feet if you need to upgrade. You can reuse your current lock if you still have it or you can upgrade all the locks to the newer more secure style without the number printed on the cylinder face # TH450400.
