In order to engage the reverse lockout on the Titan Brake Actuator with Manual Lockout part # T63FR you will need to insert the lockout tool which is included, into the channel directly behind the coupler. I have pointed this channel out for you as well as the tool that is needed.
The Titan Brake Actuator will bolt onto a 3" wide tongue, fits a 2" hitch ball, and comes with a breakaway kit. It is designed for drum brakes and has a one year warranty. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
