MA00A04301K I want to install this in a shed. Will it run on AC power from my house?

The MaxxFan Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00A04301K would need a converter to run off AC power as it is designed for 12V DC.
Instead I recommend the Ventline Roof Vent w/ 110V Fan # V2128SP-01. This will require no converter and will be able to work directly with your power source. This will be a much better option for your desired use in your shed with AC power supply.
