Will this clamp work as a replacement for an older xsporter 422xt. I’m replacing my g2 and still have the clamps? Thanks

The Replacement Modular Clamp # PT-27064 is not a fit for the old Xsporter racks. Instead you will need the Replacement Bed Rail Clamp for Thule Xsporter Ladder Racks # 8523159001 which is confirmed to fit the old Xsporter 422xt.
