Question:
Hi, I have a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk EcoDiesel with tow capacity of 7200 lbs. My boat + trailer weighs 6000 lbs. Tongue weight is 710 lbs. Want a weight distribution unit that will also allow me to back the boat up and make tight turns without detaching anything. I want something simple to hoop up and take off. What do you recommend? Thanks

Thank you for the details about your loaded boat trailer's tongue weight.
To match this 710-lb loaded TW and to allow you to back up the trailer I recommend the Equal-I-zer 4-Point system # EQ37100ET which works for a TW range from 600 to 1000-lbs. This setup comes complete with a shank and 2-5/16-inch hitch ball. I recommend a thin-wall socket like # ALL643216 for an easier time when installing the hitch ball. The 4-Point will both level your load and control sway.
These systems are designed for A-frame trailers so if your trailer has a straight pole tongue you will need a pole tongue adapter # EQ95-01-5950 to install the spring bars.
