The BAK BAKFlip G2 hard tonneau cover # BAK26309 that fits the 2014 Ford F-150 5-1/2-foot bed without the Bed Cargo Management System is not compatible with the Adarac ladder rack # A4001234. The reason is that this ladder rack has uprights that lean inward; these would interfere with the hard cover as you tried to fold it up toward the cab.
A soft roll-up tonneau cover will work and we have covers from Access like their LiteRider # 834532004737 and their Vanish # 834532007646 shown on the linked page.
One of the most popular combinations of tonneau cover and ladder rack is the BAK Revolver # BAK39120 and the TracRac SR # TH43002XT-508. The Revolver is a hard roll-up cover and the TracRac offers the highest available load rating of 1250-lbs. These work great together.
