Do I need to order a basket or does the sink come with it? Also, is there a sink cover I could purchase? Thanks.

The Better Bath RV Kitchen Sink # LC421572 referenced in your question does not include a strainer basket but its 3-1/2 inch drain opening is compatible with most models on the market, such as the LaSalle Bristol # 34439166.
We do have a couple sink covers available but none of them are large enough for this particular unit. You should be able to find something locally though that will work well. The sink itself measures 25 inches wide, 15 inches deep, and 7 inches tall.
