Does Thule Motion XT Rooftop Cargo Box # TH6298B Fit Factory Crossbars of 2019 Toyota Highlander

Question:
Hi there, How are you doing? I need a cargo box for next trip, it will be on 2019 highlander. I like Thule over Yakima because lock mechanism. I read the reviews, and some said it has been crack easy. So my question is if I receive a box with defects on it, should I contact you or Thule? and how it works? If you were to somehow receive a Thule Motion XT Rooftop Cargo Box # TH629806 from us and it was defective you'd want to contact us immediately and we'd make it right. I can't stress enough how rare of a situation it would be for that to happen but we would take care of you!
This does fit the factory crossbars of your 2019 Toyota Highlander too.
