Looks like the hand roll has the same mounting feet as the sweet roll, read somewhere here that the sweet roll fits thule aero bars, does the hand roll also fit thule aero bars?

Yes, the Yakima HandRoll Kayak Carrier # Y04082, which is the 1/2 system, or # Y04082-2, which is the full system with 4 rollers, will fit aero bars from Thule, such as the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711420.

These kayak carriers come with tie-downs and I highly recommend using the Yakima Same Key System (SKS) Lock Cores # Y07202 to secure the rollers to your crossbars and help protect your investment.

The Yakima HandRoll Kayak Carrier # Y04082-2 has an 80 lb weight capacity and will only require your crossbars to have a spread of at least 24 inches to use. I have added links to video reviews for you to check out.
