I currently have a 16k reese hitch in my 2010 f350 long bed dually. going to a 44 foot toy hauler. Will the Q25 mount on the reese rails I have in my vehicle

Yes, a Curt Q25 fifth wheel hitch # C16265 will fit directly into the same fifth wheel rails your Reese 16k hitch fit. Both of these hitches were designed to fit the same industry standard fifth wheel rails as what you have.
You may also be interested in the Curt A25 part # C16180 instead. This is the upgraded version of the Q25 which has a nicer jaw design that provides a more solid connection to the king pin. The first picture I attached shows the A25 jaws which overlap and the second is the Q25 which has jaws that basically just press against each other.
