I have sent a copy of the installation instructions for the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Above-Bed Base Rails and Custom Installation Kit part # DM8552032-71 to you as well as attached a few photos from them. These instructions have very detailed photos which you will be able to see so they should give you a very good ideal of what is required. However, as of March 2019 we have not yet had a chance to install them on a 2019 Ram 1500. This kit was also just recently released and so was the 2019 Ram 1500 a few months ago so resources will be limited.
Please note that because you have a 5-1/2' long bed you will need to use the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider part # DM8550040 so that you will have clearance for sharp 90 degree turns.
