Power Switch Light of Camco Propane to Electricity Converter On When Switch is Off
Updated 03/20/2019 | Published 03/19/2019 >
Question:
Camco Hybrid Heat switch lighted when off, dark when on. Not sure if I connected something wrong but the heater is working great other than the switch light being on when the switch is turned off and off when the switch is turned on. Any suggestions as to what would cause this? Thank You

I reached out to a representative of Camco who said the switch light of the Camco Propane to Electricity Converter for 6-Gallon RV Water Heaters # CAM11673 is likely on because you may not have a good ground.
Additionally, they said sometimes the ground and neutral get wired together which can also cause this to happen but the reason is likely going to be an issue with a poor ground.
