What fit kit do I need to mount Rhino Rack RLT600 legs 4 of them to my Pace Edwards UltraGroove tonneau cover c-channel rails?

The Rhino-Rack Quick Mount Legs # RRRLT600 that you mentioned will attach directly to the channels of a Pace Edwards UltraGroove Tonneau that you mentioned.
Then for a pair of 59 inch long crossbars we have the part # RRVA150S-2 and you'd be set.
