Draw Tite lists the install time for the Draw Tite hitch part # 24931 to be 50 minutes for an average customer and 40 minutes for a pro when installed on a vehicle like your 2019 Infiniti Q50.
This hitch installs with out drilling new holes, but the access holes may need to be enlarged by drilling, filing, or rotary tool. The exhaust must be temporarily lowered for installation. I attached a copy of the isntructions for you.
If you need trailer wiring you'd also want the Tekonsha kit part # 118796 which is a custom fit, is easy to install, and has a very reliable converter box.
