The Edge Gas Evolution CS2 Performance Tuner # EP85350 will allow you to turn on or off that active fuel management. I reached out to my tech contact at Edge and he said when you first connect your tuner it will ask if you want a custom tune, you will select yes and then under the adjustment is the setting for that active fuel management where you can turn it off. He said your 2014 Chevy Silverado should have that capability although not all vehicles do.
