There is a 5th wheel hitch that fits your 2015 Ford F-150 with a long bed, and you will need to add base rails to do so. For those I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Kit # RP50087-58.

This kit includes the needed base rails along with custom brackets that eliminate the need to drill into your truck's frame rails.

For the hitch itself the best option due to its superb jaw system and comfortable ride it will give you is the Curt A16 # C16120.

You will also need a 5th wheel wiring harness, the Pollak 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Wiring Harness for Aluminum Truck Beds # PK11893-11932-010.
