Under the hood of a 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500 brake controller wire and then the extra blue wire that’s got a connector on it what is the blue wire that has the connector on

The blue wire you sent in a picture of that has the connector on it is the brake controller output circuit. If you check out the help article link I attached you'll see exactly how to make all of the needed connections under the hood of your truck to install a brake controller.
