Can I mount both the Kuat mini skinny and grip ski rack with this system? I could increase the width of the crossbars.

For your 2013 Subaru Outback with factory side rails, the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 47" Long # TH711200 and Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401 will be compatible. This will give you a really nice system and I recommend securing it to your vehicle using the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders - Qty 4 # TH450400.
