will this work with a 2017 mini countryman S with a power lift gate? If not this model, do you have something that will work? Thank you

Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11522 will fit your 2017 Mini Countryman S with the power liftgate. In fact, it is the only trailer hitch receiver we have for your vehicle at the moment. The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver is a custom fit which means there will be no drilling required. The install process is rated as "challenging" taking most on average around 3 hours to complete. It will require that you have access to common hand tools such as a ratchet, torque wrench, and torx bits.

Hi any update if a there is now a 2” eco hitch available for a 2017 Mini Cooper countryman All4 S? I have a need to carry 3 bikes rather than 2 bikes.

Unfortunately there still aren't any 2" hitch receivers available for your 2017 Mini Countryman. It looks like trunk racks are limited to two bikes as well on this vehicle.
