I am wondering what off set cam I need to buy to go with this cylinder.

Replacement Thumb Turn Cam Latch Cylinder # 295-000014 does not come with an offset latch. We have others that do including # CAM44323 (7/8 inch thick) and # CAM44333 (5/8 inch thick). The # 295-000014 is designed to allow you to reuse the latch/catch that you have already.
