The Super Grip Chock Wheel Stabilizer for Tandem-Axle Trailers and RVs # UF21-001090 weighs about 5 lbs; it is also available as a pair of stabilizers at part # UF21-001091. The socket size is 17mm and it does come with an E-Z ratchet if you need or want to expand it manually.
I have added links to a couple video reviews of the stabilizer for you to check out as well.
