There are headache racks that fit a 2018 Ford F-250 Super Duty, but the Aries Headache Rack # AA111001 for your '99 F-250 is not a fit.
There are a trio of headache racks that fit your 2018 F-250, the Westin HLR Headache Rack # 57-81055 as well as the B&W Custom Headache Rack # BWPUCP7502BA (Black) OR # BWPUCP7502WA (White).
I recommend the B&W because of its superior quality. This rack has four integrated LED lights that give you additional tail lights, brake lights and turn signals. The raised tabs at either end of the rack are de facto load stops and it even has handles on both sides.
The B&W racks are also made in the USA and come with a lifetime warranty.
