For a 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500 6-1/2 foot bed we have the part # AA111000 which is a confirmed fit from Aries but the part number you mentioned will not work as it is designed for newer trucks.
Another option similar in appearance that is a fit is the DeeZee Headache Rack part # DZ95050RTB.
