Will this fix the Velcro on a leer tonneau cover . It is a roll up but the Velcro is needing replaced

We do not offer Leer products or replacement parts but since many tonneau covers do use similar Velcro strips it can be possible to substitute a replacement part from another brand. On the page I linked for you are all such replacement kits like Access # A60270 and those from others makers. None are from Leer so you'll need to match up the size and length. You'll also want to be sure to select the correct side of the Velcro, either the hook side or the loop side.
For example, TruXedo part # TX1117876 is the hook-side.
