Question:
Is this wiring kit # 55152 the same as #C59236? I have a 2011Mercedes E350 wagon and also would like to know if the wiring is the PMW-ST the right wiring for my vehicle. Thank you

The Curt Powered Converter Wiring Kit # C55152 that you referenced consists of just the wiring that allows you to run wire from a converter to the vehicle's battery. The Curt Powered Tail Light Converter # C59236 you also referenced, which is confirmed to fit your 2011 Mercedes-Benz E350, is the complete kit that includes the above-mentioned wiring, the 4-Way harness, and the converter box itself.
For your vehicle you will need the Curt # C59236.
Based on my research your 2011 Mercedes E350 features a combined wiring system with pulse width modulation where the brake and tail lights are sent along the same wire. In the Curt installation manual this is indeed the PWM-ST wiring type that you mentioned.
