Question:
How long are the rods for this when fully extended and when retracted? And are they flattened or circular at the ends?

The two rods on the Polar T-Handle Latch # PLR5730 are each 48 inches long. When locked the assembly will have an overall length of 97-3/4 inches long and when unlocked the overall length is 96 inches.
The ends of each rod are circular.
