Could you tell me if a Curt A16 would fit the factory 5th wheel hitch setup in my 019 Chevy Silverado 2500HD?

There is a Curt A16 hitch that's confirmed as a fit for the factory GM fifth wheel rail kit of your 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500. For that you'd want the Curt part # C16520-16025.
If you already have a Curt A16 hitch though you could convert it to fit your truck with a new leg kit part # C16025 and you'd be set.
