Best Roof Rack and Bike Rack for a 2019 Toyota RAV4 with Raised Side Rails

What is the best bike rack for this vehicle? Apparently they dont make a trailer hitch mount style.

The best option we have for you to carry bikes on your 2019 Toyota RAV4 as of today would be to use a roof rack and roof mounted bike rack. This is a great option nonetheless as it will not add any length to your vehicle like a hitch bike rack would and you would be able to carry a bike that weighs more than 35 lbs unlike a trunk mounted bike rack. The best feature however that the other two types of bike carriers do not offer is that you can use the roof rack for many other things such as a cargo box or kayak carrier.
It sounds as if your RAV4 has raised side rails so if this is the case then for a roof rack I recommend using an Inno flush-mount roof rack, parts # INXB100-2 and # INXS100.
Then for a bike rack, I recommend the Yakima HighRoad Roof Bike Rack part # Y02114 as long as your bikes don't have fenders but if they do you will want to use the Swagman Upright Roof Mounted Bike Carrier part # S64720 instead.
