I looked up the dimensions of the Optima Yellowtop deep cycle batteries and one would easily fit in the NOCO Commercial Grade Battery Box # 329-HM426 that you referenced with room to spare. The internal dimensions of this are 14-5/8" long x 10-1/2" wide x 11-1/2" tall and your battery is:

Length: 12.16 in
Height: 8.61 in
