If you are looking for the screw size for the factory mount locations, you will use M6 screws that are 35 mm long which come in the Custom DK Fit Kit for 4 Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack Legs - Fixed Mounting Points # DK289. For a roof rack, I recommend this fit kit along with the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA126B-2 and the 2500 Series Legs # RRRLKVA.

Since you asked from a Yakima bar, the Yakima fit kit uses M6x28mm, M6x33mm and M6x40mm hardware as well as M8x35mm. These use a 5mm hex wrench which is included in the fit kit. That roof rack consists of:

I looked up the factory information an don't see a torx bit for a roof carrier bracket. There are only nuts to be removed on the underside of the roof.
