Does the Hollywood SR1 fit the Jeep 2019 JLU unlimited Sahara with Bridgestone Dueler A/T all terrain 255/70R18 tire10.5” wide and the brake light? Backup camera blocked when bikes are on is not an issue for me.

The Hollywood Racks SR1 2-Bike Carrier part # HRSR1 will fit your 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara with a 255/75-18 Bridgestone Dueler A/T spare tire however, the third brake light would need to be removed as it would interfere with the rear support bar. If you do not want to remove the third brake light then I recommend the Hollywood Racks SR2 2-Bike Carrier part # HRSR2 however, the back up camera would need to be removed as it would interfere with the mounting bracket for the carrier.
If you do not want to remove the third brake light or back up camera from your Jeep then your best option would be a trailer hitch and hitch mounted bike rack. For this, I recommend the Trailer Hitch Receiver part # E98856 with the Yakima FullSwing 4 Bike Rack part # Y02465 which will allow you to carry up to four bikes and the bike rack will swing outward with the tailgate to allow for full access.
