I have a 2006 Forester. Do I put chains on the front tires or rear?

I found the owners manual of your 2006 Subaru Forester and I was able to determine that tire chains should only go on the front axle and they need to be Class S compatible. You also have to stay under 19 MPH too.
The # TH01571265 that you referenced are NOT Class S compatible so if you could get back to me with your tire size I'll recommend your best option!
