Question:
Hi, What parts are required to convert a 2019 Keystone Raptor 351 fifth wheel toy hauler to electric/hydraulic disc brakes? The trailer is equipped with Dexter 7,000 lbs. Ultra Lube axles. its a dual axle with 8 lug, 16 inch aluminum wheels. Trail Air Equflex suspension, 12inch x 2inch self adjusting electric brakes. Trailer length is 39 ft. Tow vehicle is a 2017 Ford F350, dually, diesel, that has an OEM brake controller. When a trailer is attached, setting page allows to brake type, including electric or electric/hydraulic, so should not require a brake controller. When towed the trailer in 2018, noticed the brakes were satisfactory, but took some distance to stop, that was with an empty trailer, no food, water, fuel or 2 Harleya the weight 1,500 lbs I prefer Kodiak e-coat disc brake components. Please provide Approximate time to install

The Dacromet Kodiak Disc Brake kit part # K2HR712D that you referenced is the place to start for your 7k Dexter axles. Dacromet resists rust much better than E-Coat so this would be the preferred route. Since this does not come with bearings, seals or caps you'd also need the # DBRKHW7 to provide all of that.
The best EOH actuators are the Hydrastar actuators like what comes with the kit # HBA16-252-82. These react the quickest and provide the most reliability. This kit also comes with the needed brake lines and breakaway kit.
I attached an install video that will walk you through the entire process. I'd set aside a day to knock it all out. The Hydrastar will work great with your OEM Ford brake controller too.
